My name is Erin Bradley and I am the Executive Director of Front Porch Alliance in Kansas City. Our work focuses on educational and family support programs on the east side of the city. I contribute by leading programs that are built on relationships and trust. I was originally moved toward this work through a mission program where I saw how meaningful it is to support people directly and without judgment. That experience led me to study social work and commit to community based nonprofit leadership.

What inspires me are the families who allow us to walk alongside them. We meet people where they are and support long term growth rather than temporary solutions. The problem I hope to address is the distance that can form between nonprofits and the communities they serve. I never want to be part of a system where leadership is removed from everyday realities. I know we are planting seeds that can grow over time, strengthening families and the community as a whole.
