I contribute to my community by being involved in organizations that empower communities and identities within a small-town scale. I encourage others to volunteer and give back whenever I can. I don't believe in dumb questions and make myself available for people who want to learn more about my communities because I know that is an important step to creating a more cohesive society. I believe that starting to make change in your community creates a ripple effect that will impact the world and makes you a better person too.
