I’ve been part of this theater since 1997. It has shaped who I am, whether I’m acting, directing, or helping wherever I’m needed. As Creative Director, I focus on making sure everyone in our community can be part of the arts. I contribute by guiding our productions, supporting our youth program, and helping create performances that welcome every audience member.
I’m inspired when someone discovers confidence onstage for the first time or when a family feels comfortable at one of our sensory friendly shows. Moments like that remind me why this work matters.
The problem I want to solve is access. Many people feel theater isn’t for them because of cost, ability, or background. I want this space to feel open, safe, and familiar so more people feel connected to it.
What I get out of contributing is a sense of purpose. This theater has been my home for decades, and giving back by helping others find their voice or their community is the most meaningful part of what I do.
