Keeping kids safe one costume at a time!

Educate The People
It's scary to think of our school-aged kids of any age crossing from their neighborhoods to the school without supervision. At least that's how I felt when my child started walking to his new school in 5th grade. I wanted to not only keep him safe, but also others' children out of harms way too. The daily dress-ups evolved over the years as kind of like a disguise. Not only does it separate my role as a mom, PTA, school volunteer, and Band Booster Board member, but also I'm the first & last person many of these kids see. If I can get them to smile, or even add some joy to their day while still monitoring their well being - I've done my job. It's always been and will always be about the safety of the kids.
