My name is Matt and one thing I value most is friendship and connection. We all should feel connected, seen, heard, and alive - yet research has shown that there has been a staggering increase in male loneliness in recent years post pandemic.

Since realizing that men were lonely in general, I started a brand that helps men connect, and feel less lonely. It's called Gents Journey - we are helping men all over LA and the world level up, make new friends, and feel less alone.

As someone who had struggles making friends myself when younger, I not only do all I can to help other men connect and bond with each other - I also want to instill the importance of connection and friendship in my son. Overall - this has been a very rewarding experience. I consider myself to be a Professional Friend. And as a nation, having that interconnectedness makes us who we are - it helps us succeed. I love knowing that I do my part in encouraging meaningful connections with all I meet and help along the way.
