I was reached out to by my community for help with a fellow community member who was a refugee and didn't speak English. I went to Pre-K and a summer camp with this child and translated for him, gave the teachers resources to help him, and provided him with a safe person to trust. I think community building and knowing your neighbors is incredibly important so that you feel comfortable reaching out for support from the people around you.
