I founded Elena’s Light because I know firsthand how hard it is for refugee women to rebuild their lives without access to language, health care, and community. Through our programs—ESL classes, health education, driver’s license prep—I empower families toward independence. What drives me is helping others shine, just like the light that was once shown to me.
