I bring corporate training/bureaucracy cutting vision to the social services industry. Meeting with and collaborating with local/regional entities to identify community challenges, that no one else seems able to resolve/afford. We implement creative solutions that can be duplicated in other communities. We do not depend on government funding, but address issues so big/obvious that the local businesses/residents/foundations provide the funding... and sometimes, we get "no-strings" government funding. With this collaboration, we have been able to implement higher quality, more effective, lower cost solutions that appear to be one-of-a kind solutions in the region and maybe in the nation.

We provide stabilizing services to prepare clients to learn new concepts that change their behaviors, and eventually their lives. We expect clients to learn "how to FISH" as opposed to how to "receive a FISH". We create a "new twist" on social norms, and lesser effective programing, while maintaining our focus on creating self-sufficient families.

I love the opportunity to redirect those in need so they have a more successful life, and our ability to impact generational poverty... providing encouragement and 2nd/3rd chances to those who want to change their life trajectory.
