My name is Wayne Watts. I'm one of the co-founders of Dream Create Inspire Tour. At core, I'm an artist, but I'm also a community conductor.

For me, it's very important to provide a platform for young artists to express themselves because they already have genius within them. Providing a space for them to show that genius, express who they are, and get comfortable with using their voice however they want to use it - all of that is very important to me.

I've always seen the multidimensional aspects of musicians and their ability to apply that to the greater good. So I wanted my music to live outside of a song - I want that to be the soundtrack to me doing dope things. All of this really comes from being able to do both music and community work simultaneously.
