The moment that made it all worth it, was seeing my family and friends positive words that inspired me to keep going. I make a difference by being that "safe place online" where parents can feel safe to have their children learn and have fun watching my YouTube channel, "Niim Lassiter's Learning Lane."

I contribute by teaching children safety rules, math, how to share, not to bully and stay away from strangers, etc. My family and friends inspire me by always pushing me to be my best. My biggest challenges are trying to reach bigger platforms where more parents and children can benefit. I want to reach people that know sign languages, people who speak other languages, special needs children, etc.

What I gain from this is knowing I may have touched a parent's or child's heart, saved a life or helped a child learn something they haven't thought they would. Lifting others up shows that it doesn't matter race or age. It's just who we are as Americans. We all bleed the same color and helping each other should be an honor for us all.
