I feel my purpose is to bring people together. The world is filled with so much division today, because so many out there feel alone and isolated and disconnected. When the answer is actually just to come together with the people who are right around you.

So, as the founder and president of the Normandy Fountain Business Association, I run a public events series that serves the local North Beach community through activities like arts festivals, performances by local musicians, movie nights, exercise classes, open-air markets, holiday celebrations, charity drives, and more. When people gather at these events, they forget about what divides them, and they just become neighbors, enjoying each other's company. And that makes all the difference.
