My name is Molly Biehl, and for more than three decades I've dedicated my life to helping people overcome grief, frustration, and life’s most painful moments with clarity, courage, and compassion. As a speaker, author, and coach, I teach individuals and audiences how to reshape their mindset, release what’s holding them back, and move forward with intention through the practice of Awareness, Acceptance, and, most importantly, Forgiveness.
My commitment to this work is rooted in my own story. I experienced deep personal loss when my sister, Amy, was murdered in South Africa. The event was deeply painful, but through it I learned that the forgiveness needed to push through the pain isn't automatically there; its a skill we develop through practice and patience. It’s how we stop being imprisoned by our pain and learn to live with greater freedom. My family’s journey of ultimately extending compassion toward the men responsible for Amy’s death profoundly shaped my belief that forgiveness opens paths that anger never will.
Through my book "You've Got This!" and my "Forgive It!" talks, I share the practical strategies, tools, and mindsets that have helped me and others navigate grief and pain in order to stand tall in the midst of life's hardest moments. With my background of nonprofit and intercultural work across the South East, I've always found it important to put people at the center of my work.
Whether I'm working with individuals, teams, or large audiences, my purpose remains the same: to foster connection, encourage growth, and show people that forgiveness can be one of the most powerful choices they make.
