Hi! I'm Desiré Jansen and I use art as a form of service to others. My dad gave me my first fine art lesson when I was 14, and it stuck. Since then I've devoted my life in service to others, using the talents that I have in hopes of creating art that moves people toward change.

The charcoal technique I am using now is great for live events where the piece is then auctioned off for fundraising. In this case, No More Orphans.

My hope is that everyone can find their art niche. Art unites us as humans, and hopefully understanding that mistakes are just part of that process, brings us closer together.
