I spend the morning at the animal shelter, an important time for feeding and taking care of the dogs, rescued from being strays and from kill shelters. I've been volunteering here for 10 years now, and find that helping the animals is very rewarding to me, knowing that I can make a difference, and also for the animals, giving them a happy life while awaiting adoption. Through my work I hope to inspire more people to go out and adopt, as well as to help as many animals as I possibly can.
