Eleven years ago while working for Public Health Seattle & King County, I took a call from Julia asking questions about managing volunteers for a Large Medical Clinic the city was sponsoring. Part of my work at Public Health was managing Medical volunteers (MRC).
As we talked we decided I would become part of the initial management group for this event. Public Health liked the idea and I was in. Today 11 years later, retired from work I travel from my home in Boquete, Panama every year to support this endeavor.
