I'm contributing to my local community by collecting litter on my campus. I was inspired by learning from my ecology professor that cigarette butts are the most common type of litter, but often go unnoticed. By turning litter into art, I hope to create a small change progressively through time while creating a positive, creative outcome. By contributing I get to have fun doing an act that could be seen as work.
