I help people develop and celebrate their own sense of creativity!

Inspire The People
My name is Jon, I help people develop and celebrate their own sense of creativity.

If I’m not donating my time running audio to give young musicians the opportunity and space to perform, I’m helping people turn their experiences into the opportunity to express themselves, most regularly with film.

Getting to teach the photography and film development process is actually quite precious. From the click, to the dark room, to the scanner, and then to a photo, I’ve helped people see themselves and their community in their own light and (cheekily) focal length. The photos I’ve been able to show people how to take and the photos I’ve developed really mean the world to me.

I’ve also met some of the people I’m closest to on Community Photo Walks, where we all grab a camera and photograph our city and each other. And it’s a blessing to be in a space that provides people with that same opportunity.

I think one of things I’m most grateful for was photography’s ability to provide me with perspective.

Whether it’s from my trips around the country, or from developing photos for people all around our country you’ll realize everyone always has something important to show you.

(And through my line of service, I like to think I make it a little easier for them)
