As the festival coordinator for the Altoona Reel Film Festival, we knew that we wanted to celebrate tomorrow's filmmakers today. We knew that we needed help and banded together with local organizations to create a unique feel for the festival, with staff and students from PSU Altoona participating by hosting workshops and giving talks. We welcomed an inspiring speaker to the festival as well. We wanted to engage in conversation with filmmakers and audience members.
