I'm the co-founder of the People's Pottery Project, which is a nonprofit that focuses on changing the narrative of formerly incarcerated individuals. People's Pottery is a pottery studio, and we hire formerly incarcerated non-binary women, women, and trans people, and we assist them with employment and any other help that they can receive. Coming out of incarceration and coming out of a dysfunctional family dynamic, I'm grateful to come and change people's lives for the better, and even show them a different way to live.
