Three years ago, 17-year-old Charlie Boike was killed in a car crash. His parents raised funds for medical expenses, but Charlie died before those funds were utilized. So instead, his parents used them to fulfill a bucket list item that Charlie wanted to do -- build a sports center in his town that would make hockey accessible to all people for free.
