My name is Sarah, and I founded The Refillery Supply Co. in Bozeman, Montana in 2020. The Refillery Supply Co. is a mission-driven, sustainable space dedicated to environmental stewardship and waste reduction. With our core philosophy of “Refill • Reduce • Reuse,” the shop offers customers a way to refill their own containers with high-quality, non-toxic cleaning, beauty, and home care products rather than purchasing new single-use plastic containers. I strive to create a welcoming hub for eco-conscious shoppers in the Gallatin Valley by keeping prices as low as possible and making sure customers know they can come in and ask questions. I prioritize sourcing products from small, women-owned U.S. brands and explicitly avoid products loaded with synthetic fragrance or unnecessary chemical ingredients (I do a lot of research before bringing a new product in).

In-store, the process is straightforward: you bring your clean container (or purchase one on site), weigh it upon arrival so you’re not charged for the container weight, then we fill from bulk dispensers. There is also a donation bin of free containers that customers can use. Beyond day-to-day retail, The Refillery Supply Co. also engages the community through events (such as a Halloween costume swap) and partners with other local businesses to promote low waste practices.
