I teach children, parents, and teachers conflict resolution skills using my Ph.D. in Conflict Resolutions and over 30 years of practice in alternative dispute resolution. My Youtube channel is not-for-profit, donating monies earned to the Save the Children Foundation. It includes a variety of edutainment works including two films and an episodic, Superhero Strawberry Pig.
The films I created exemplify how communication, love, and a lighthearted approach can help resolve conflicts effectively. With a focus on enhancing understanding and harmony, I teach children conflict resolution through creative and engaging storytelling.
My books include private links to my films and facilitator guides for parents and caregivers to keep the fun and learning going! For over two decades, I’ve provided mediation and dispute resolution services in person and remotely. I draw from my education, work and certifications. I hold Florida Supreme Court certification in family, dependency, circuit civil, and county mediation. I received my Doctor of Philosophy from the Department of Conflict Resolution Studies at Nova Southeastern University and I am an adjunct professor at three Florida universities.
I was a Commercial VP for a large Arbitration and Mediation Institutional provider and was an Alternative Dispute Resolution Director for two Florida Judicial Circuit Courts. Some areas of expertise include organizational conflict management and coaching, divorce mediation, ADR education, program evaluation, and indigenous forms of conflict resolution.
I believe the emotional healing and education my non profit work provides for today's youth is one of my responsibilities as an American.
