Eco Farm grows real food that is really good

Grow For The People
I’m John Soehner, and I’ve been running Eco Farm for over 20 years with my wife Cindy Econopouly and our kids. What started as a small operation selling produce and art at farmers markets has grown into a project rooted in ecology and community. I contribute by caring for the land sustainably and creating spaces where food, art, and people intersect. I’m inspired by the beautiful, healthy food we grow locally and by neighbors, chefs, and families who value it. Eco Farm connects our local community while participating in a larger global conversation about sustainable agriculture and responsible stewardship. The problem I’m addressing is disconnection — between people and the land, and between how food is grown and consumed. What I get from contributing is not just a paycheck, but purpose and connection. I see soil, food, and community thrive together, and it reminds me that every meal, every harvest, and every shared experience builds a stronger, healthier world.
