When I found out at 18 that I was going to be a father to a baby girl, everything changed. I knew I had to get myself right and leave the gang life I’d been part of since I was 13. The problem was, I didn’t know how. I didn’t have anyone to turn to - until I found my church community.

Through faith, I became the man I was meant to be - for my daughter, my family, and my community. Now, alongside other men who’ve lived that life, I serve through Hope 4 Da Hood, helping those ready for change find faith, brotherhood, and a fresh start.
