For the past 12 years, I've been riding a bike marathon and organizing teams where I work to raise money for MS

Honor The People
In 2013, our CEO, Jon Kamen, asked if I'd be interested in coordinating a company BikeMS team and encourage staff and freelancers to participate in the great event. He sensed I'd be up for it, as I had recently become obsessed with fitness. I caught the endurance bug after being hit by a car while jogging in 2010 and came back from surgeries to eventually compete in Ironman triathlons.

It's an honor to captain the RadicalMedia BikeMS team, especially knowing that Jon’s brother had passed away from Multiple Sclerosis. Since then, we’ve ridden the NYC 30-miler for 12 years and raised over $200,000, which feels incredibly rewarding. The money supports hundreds of local programs for people living with MS and helps fund research toward better treatments and, hopefully, a cure.

I also love getting newer riders involved. Every year a few people join us who are unsure about biking in general, and they finish the route, after riding on the FDR and West Side Highway no less, absolutely thrilled and proud of themselves. Seeing that happen has been one of the best parts of all of this.
