Keeping Christmas caroling spirit alive in a small rural country store

Celebrate The People
Welcome to Nora! My name is Mike Pedersen and I live in an old country store.

Nora officially has a population of 5, but it's more like 2 these days. To me, Christmas is a reason to get together and celebrate community. That's what I strive to create at the Nora corner store.

I'm able to share my faith, and play Christmas carols on an organ that is as old as the store itself, both of them are vintage 1907.

For six weeks, from November to Christmas, my home is open to the public and free to participate. People are able to come share their talents and
lend their song.

Everyone is welcome and appreciated in the community celebration that is Nora.
